• 🕘 Immigration Office is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and official Bhutanese holidays. Plan your permits accordingly.

• 🧾 Permit Failure & Government Regulations: The tour company is not liable for itinerary changes due to permit denial or government restrictions.

• 🌧️ Natural Calamities: No compensation will be provided for itinerary changes due to weather or other uncontrollable events.

• 🏨 Hotel Substitution: In case a listed hotel is unavailable, a hotel of a similar standard will be provided.

• 💳 Payment Policy:

  • 50% advance deposit is required at the time of booking.

  • Remaining balance to be paid in full before or at the start of the tour at our office.
