Bibek Tours and Travels is committed to offering quality travel experiences with transparency. Our refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be provided for booked tour packages.
🔁 Cancellation & Refund Terms
1. Cancellation by the Customer
If you choose to cancel your tour, the following charges will apply:

|---|---|
| 30 days or more | 10% of total tour cost (processing fee) |
| 15–29 days | 25% of total tour cost |
| 07–14 days | 50% of total tour cost |
| 0–6 days | 100% of total tour cost (No refund) |

2. Cancellation by Bibek Tours and Travels
If we are forced to cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural calamities, political unrest, pandemic-related restrictions), you will be offered:
- A full refund (excluding non-refundable components such as permit/visa fees, or third-party service charges), or
- A credit note that can be used for any future tour within 12 months
3. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days after approval.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
- Bank transfer charges (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount.
⚠️ Non-Refundable Components
- Entry fees, permits, visa charges once processed
- Hotel bookings marked as “non-refundable”
- Flights, trains, or other third-party services booked on your behalf
- Any portion of the tour not utilized (e.g., skipped meals, sightseeing, or transport)
📌 Important Notes
- Tour date changes will be treated as a cancellation and rebooking.
- Refunds are strictly as per the terms listed and not subject to negotiation.
- Group tours are non-transferable to other individuals.
